You could become a premium member or gold member or something after you reach a certain amount of posts or something, like 500 or 1,000, it would encourage people to post more so they could unlock more features and such

Also I think instead of having a labyrinth/anabatoid section that includes bettas you should have a separate section just for bettas. There are sooooo many bettas enthusiasts out there that I think having their own section would really attract those members.

I think I have that members change after so many posts already but I am not actually sure, I must check.
Bettas used to have their own section and then I though the place looked too cluttered so I merged some of the sections together. I think that betta's and gouramis are fine sharing for now, maybe in the future I will separate them but at the moment I don.t see a problem. Unless you really want them separate???

It's your forums, I just know personally that when I'm looking at forums to join I just tend to bypass most of the ones that don't have a betta specific section because they're the only fish im really interested in. You know what I mean?
